    • Since we work with global suppliers, shipping times may vary:

    • A tracking number will be provided once your order ships.




    Where We Ship



    • We offer worldwide shipping to most countries. However, some locations may have longer delivery times or limited availability.
    • If we are unable to ship to your location, we will notify you immediately.




    Order Tracking



    • Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

    Customs, Duties & Taxes

    Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments



    • If your order is significantly delayed, please check your tracking details and contact the carrier first.
    • If an order is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and supporting photos (if applicable).




    Order Changes & Cancellations



    • Orders can only be modified or canceled within 24 hours after purchase. After that, orders are processed and cannot be changed.
