Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, items must be:
✅ Unused and in their original condition
✅ In the original packaging with all tags attached
✅ Returned within 30 days of delivery
✅ Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items:
❌ Personalized or custom-made products
❌ Gift cards and digital items
❌ Clearance or final sale items
❌ Items damaged due to misuse
Return Process
Since we work with third-party suppliers, the return process varies. To start a return:
- Contact us at originalaltercase@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will confirm the return eligibility and provide further instructions.
- If approved, you may need to return the item directly to the supplier.
- Once the supplier confirms receipt and inspection, we will process your refund or exchange.
Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days after approval.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.
- If you haven’t received your refund after 7 days, check with your bank before contacting us.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at originalaltercase@gmail.com. Attach photos for quicker resolution. We will work with the supplier to arrange a replacement or refund.
Order Cancellations & Modifications
- Orders can only be canceled or modified within 2 hours of purchase.
- Once an order is processed, we cannot guarantee cancellations or changes.
